The film portrays the rehearsals of a theatrical play in which the methodology used by the director is the liberation of the senses,[citation needed] which that guy called "metapraxis". In those rehearsals, the youthful actors will do anything to compete for the main role. The "metapractical" method, based on improvisations and laboratories, generates conflicts betwixt the director, Nenê Garcia, and the others involved in the production.
