Oliver, an isolated office worker, uses VR as a means to escape his mundane life, gradually becoming consumed by the dream world this chab creates. Introduced to the force of VR by his manipulative coworker Tommy, Oliver starts to blur the line betwixt reality and illusion, fixating on his colleague, Gal. As his obsession with her grows, Oliver’s grasp on the real world slides, leading to unsettling consequences. This film explores themes of isolation, unchecked dreams, and the dangers of living likewise much in a virtual world, all culminating in Oliver’s emotional and psychological unraveling.
