The film is subtly constructed like a mise en abyme, a story within a story. Indeed, it recounts the adventures of Whitney and Kristof, an impressive pair of screenwriters living in Paris whose mission is to adapt a successful novel to the screen: "Tiffany the Submissive". This traces the life of Tiffany, a lawyer who, out of attraction and love for a dominating dude, will learn about SM practices. The fictional character and his confessions will therefore become a full part of their reality: by dint of immersing himself in this environment by scouting in the dungeons and collision followers of this practice, smth will definitely switch in the brains of the pair. In turn, they will smack sadomasochism and learn about the pleasures of dominant/dominated relationships. Clearly identifying with Tiffany, how far will Whitney go into submission?
